ABOUT SHAWE SOURCING

China-Based Supplier Research, Clearly Compared

We help overseas small businesses turn product ideas into clearer supplier decisions through China-based research and structured communication.

What Shawe Sourcing is

Shawe Sourcing is a China-based supplier research and RFQ support service for overseas small businesses. We help buyers identify relevant candidates, ask consistent questions in Mandarin and compare the answers in English.

Focused working model: each engagement follows a clear written scope from product brief and supplier questions through to the final comparison.

Why the service exists

Many small importers do not need a large procurement department at the beginning. They need someone who can search in Chinese, ask suppliers consistent questions and translate scattered answers into a comparison that supports the next decision.

The service is built for test orders, first sourcing rounds, startups, ecommerce sellers and independent retailers that want to learn before committing to inventory.

How a paid engagement works

  1. Clarify the brief. We organize the product, quantity, destination and customization requirements.
  2. Confirm scope in writing. You receive the exact package, delivery target, company details and payment instructions before work begins.
  3. Research relevant candidates. We search Chinese supplier platforms and available public company information.
  4. Communicate consistently. Where included, shortlisted suppliers receive the same core RFQ questions in Mandarin.
  5. Separate answers from assumptions. Quotations, missing information and visible concerns are documented, followed by one clarification round on the delivered findings.

Clear scope and buyer control

The exact package, delivery target and payment instructions are confirmed before work begins. The website does not collect payment-card or bank-account details, and buyers remain responsible for final supplier selection and due diligence.

What “screening” means here

Preliminary supplier screening based on public information and direct communication. It is not a guarantee of quality, financial condition, compliance or future performance. Factory audits, testing, certification checks and inspections should be added when the commercial risk justifies them.

Buyer control

Buyers keep control of supplier selection and payments. Samples, inspections, testing, freight, duties and third-party fees are separate unless expressly agreed. Any compensation outside the buyer-approved scope would need to be disclosed in writing.

Honest proof, not invented social proof

The public sample report uses real public supplier-listing data and clearly states the access date, that no supplier was contacted for the sample, and that the findings are neither an endorsement nor supplier verification. We do not present fictional testimonials, client logos or sourcing results as real work.

Privacy and responsible use

Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers or confidential trade secrets through the public forms. Submitted briefs are used to review and respond to sourcing requests, as described in our Privacy Policy.
