Service and working model
Shawe Sourcing provides China-based supplier research, RFQ communication and comparison support. The agreed product, deliverables, exclusions, price and delivery target are confirmed in writing before paid work begins.
Scope confirmation
A website submission is a request for review, not a purchase or payment obligation. Before paid work begins, the product, package, exact deliverables, exclusions, price, delivery target, company details and payment instructions should be confirmed in writing.
Payment information
This website does not collect payment-card or bank-account details. Payment instructions are provided separately after scope confirmation. Never send payment based on a message that does not match the confirmed engagement details.
Scope of service
Shawe Sourcing provides preliminary supplier discovery, request-for-quotation support, first-round communication and comparison of information supplied by potential vendors. Unless a written scope says otherwise, one reasonable clarification round about the delivered findings is included; new products, new specifications or additional supplier outreach may require a new scope.
No supplier guarantee
Screening is based on public information and direct communication. It is not a factory audit, credit check, legal opinion, certification verification, laboratory test or guarantee of future supplier performance.
Buyer responsibility
The buyer remains responsible for final supplier selection, contracts, product specifications, intellectual-property clearance, regulatory compliance, inspections, payments, shipping, customs and insurance.
Third-party costs
Samples, courier charges, inspections, testing, audits, freight, duties and third-party platform or payment fees are not included unless expressly stated. Such costs must be approved and paid by the buyer.
Pricing and delivery
Website prices are founding-client launch prices and may change. Delivery targets begin after the scope, payment and required information have been confirmed. Delays in supplier responses can affect estimated delivery.
Information accuracy
Supplier prices, MOQs, lead times and other claims can change. Reports reflect information available during the research period and should be reconfirmed before payment or production.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, hazardous or deceptive sourcing requests. We may decline work that presents legal, safety, sanctions or reputational concerns.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shawe Sourcing is not responsible for indirect losses or for decisions made solely from preliminary research. Any paid engagement may include additional written terms.
