This is a Shawe Sourcing internal market-testing case, not a customer order and not a promise to purchase. It was created to verify the real supplier-contact workflow and show prospective buyers what can be documented before a commercial commitment.

What happened

  1. Public discovery. Five public supplier listings were researched and compared for product relevance, published MOQ, public price information and information gaps.
  2. Shortlist for contact. Three supplier organizations with relevant bottle products and public business contact routes were selected for a first RFQ.
  3. Consistent outreach. The same Mandarin question set was sent from the company mailbox so future replies can be compared on the same basis.
  4. Contact-route correction. One public mailbox returned an automatic routing notice. The full RFQ was resent to the current sales contact provided in that response.
  5. Response window. Direct prices, sample terms and production claims will not be presented as facts until a supplier replies.

Why names are redacted: this page documents our process, not a supplier endorsement. Supplier names, individual contacts and message headers are withheld while communication is in progress. Any later update will separate supplier statements from our own assessment.

The ten questions sent to every supplier

  1. Which exact model best matches the requested bottle?
  2. What are the body, liner, lid and seal materials?
  3. What are the unit prices for 500 and 1,000 units?
  4. What is the MOQ for this exact configuration?
  5. What are the sample price, courier arrangement and sample lead time?
  6. What is the production lead time after sample approval?
  7. What logo methods are available and what are the setup charges?
  8. What individual packaging and export-carton data are available?
  9. What payment terms and quotation-validity period apply?
  10. Is the seller the manufacturer or a trading company, and which relevant test or compliance documents can be shared?

What the evidence proves today

  • A real supplier search and outbound RFQ process was completed.
  • Three supplier organizations received a comparable question set.
  • A stale public contact route was detected and corrected before waiting for quotations.
  • The public research report and the live outreach stage are clearly separated.

What it does not prove yet

No direct supplier quotation, sample availability, manufacturing capability, compliance claim, reliability assessment or delivery promise has been verified yet. Outreach is evidence of process—not evidence that a supplier is suitable.

Next update rule: this case will only add reply data that was actually received. Commercially sensitive details will remain redacted, and changing supplier terms will be dated.

Review the public research format

The separate sample report uses real public-listing data from five candidates and labels its sources, access date and information gaps. It is useful for understanding the deliverable before any supplier reply is available.
